Question 1: How do I get the chatbot to show up on my website?

Yes — you can place your chatbot on your website.

There’s a simple copy-and-paste code snippet provided inside the Chat Widget settings.

However, this step requires knowing where to place code inside your website builder (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, etc.). That’s why I didn’t include this in the core “Start Here” steps — because it depends on how your website is built.

If you’d like help with this:

You can contact your website manager and ask them to “Add the Chat Widget embed code to the <head> or global script area.”

Or you can message me and I’ll guide you through it or coordinate directly with your web person.

A video walkthrough is coming soon — but it’s not needed to activate your system and start capturing leads from your socials.

Question 2: Do I need a Facebook Business Page to set this up?

Yes — Facebook and Instagram authentication run through the Facebook Business Page / Meta Business Suite.

If you don’t already have one, it takes about 3 minutes to create and I walk you through how in the “Connect Your Socials” video.

Question 3: Do I need to give ClipBoost or anyone else my passwords??

Absolutely not. I designed this system specifically to avoid that security risk.

You will connect your Facebook, Instagram, and Google accounts directly inside the secure dashboard (using official 'Log In' buttons). I never see or store your passwords. You remain the admin of your accounts at all times. This keeps your business 100% secure and protects both of us.

Question 4: Is there a contract? What if I want to cancel my subscription?

No long-term commitments here. You are in total control.

I don't believe in locking partners into contracts. If the system doesn't bring you value, I don't want you paying for it. You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click inside your dashboard. My goal is to serve your business so well that you stick around because you want to, not because you have to.
